It’s critical for brands to run a QBR – quarterly business review – and see where you’re holding as a BUSINESS. In our agency, we call them Rocks (per the EOS nomenclature) and every team member has 3 to 5 Rocks to achieve in the quarter. Yes, automations, campaigns and texts matter on weekly or monthly basis, but knowing where you’re holding each quarter is pivotal when it comes to scaling a brand.
