1) Full sales-oriented; people turn out nonsales emails

2) Urgency and scarcity is critical here; one day to shop

3) Send multiple times: 12: AM, 12 PM ( Non- Openers); 8PM; incorporate SMS at morning and evening

4) Differentiate styles- new deals added, just dropped, last chance, hours left, new colors, designs

5) Subject Line: Use black Friday in subject lines; 20% higher open rates with it in the SL.
