Sense360 – data company – location, survey data – collecting data and making decisions based off of that acquired by Medallia
So critical to be data driven and customer centric
Customer centric experience all the way back to when he worked at amazon – data approach zero and first party data is extremely important for the future, as well as understanding your customers
