I wanted to pose this situation out to my followers and viewers as a poll. Our ecommerce client is a $5M brand that brings in $500K monthly or so and we’ve consistently helped them earned 25% of revenue from email (it was at 1%). Recently, their revenue jumped to $750K monthly and our % went down to 15% or so. After months of showing 25% channel revenue, we dropped! Did we fail their expectations this month?
