What will HiFlyer need from us to get started?

The good news: we made it super easy to ramp up fast! If you're ready to sign up right now, simply email isaac@hiflyerdigital.com with the message "I'm in!" and we'll send you a statement of work (SOW) and contract (will come from PandaDocs) that you can complete with three clicks. Once submitted, you'll receive an invoice from WaveApps with an easy credit card payment form to get you started. Once you sign up and payment is processed, you'll immediately receive a Thank You email with links to the following: 1) a scheduling time for our Kickoff Call 2) a link to our our Onboarding document for you and your team to complete prior to our Kickoff Call (preview it here).  We're really excited to get started with you!

Do I have to commit to an annual plan?

Not at all. We have no annual contracts or commitments. Some clients, however, prefer to lock in reduced pricing on extended 6, 12 and 24 month periods and that is available to you. We generally recommend minimum commitments of 3 to 6 months to allow time for development, ramp-up, trend analysis and reporting. Our recommendation isn;t just from our experience; Google and Facebook advertising budgets generally recommend the same window to measure results. Rest assured: we ramp up as quickly so you can start flying as soon as possible!

What happens right after we sign up?

Great question. Once you sign up and payment is processed, you'll immediately receive an email with links to the following: 1) a scheduling time for our Kickoff Call where we review next steps and introduce you to our team and your Customer Success Manager 2) a link to our our Onboarding document for you and your team to complete prior to our Kickoff Call (preview it here). On the Kickoff Call, we'll go into even more depth about your business, share a Google Drive folder with all assets for your brand and Monday.com board with you for action item visibility. Let's get started!

What areas of email & CRM do you optimize first?

Depending on the plan you've selected, there are different starting points but generally, the areas we begin with our workflows and marketing automations. By ramping up high performing automations first, you'll be able to grab some quick wins right out of the gate. If you've signed up for the Accelerate Plan where we craft a cross-channel Growth Engine, we start in the order of 1) audience 2) offer 3) lead magnet and 4) automation. Each team members works on each area concurrently, saving time and getting the Growth Engine up and running fast.
